There is no option for the end users after payment is made. In case of duplicate payment, parent/student kindly approach the Administartor or Finance or Account department for refund the with proof of the transaction/reference / your bank statement. Refund will be processed with in 10-15 working days depending on issuing bank ( user’s card bank ). In batches of processing which would be 8-15 working days depending on the issued bank policies.
